At a time when higher technical education was rare and accessible to only a few, ER.Shri Anand Singh pursued and completed his engineering studies in Lahore. His journey from Moradabad to Lahore for education reflects his determination, foresight, and commitment to excellence. Following his academic achievements, he served as a Civil Engineer with the Government, dedicating several years of his professional life to public infrastructure and development works. His government service continued with distinction until 1974, during which he earned recognition for his technical capabilities, disciplined approach, and sincere work ethic. After his retirement from government service, Shri Anand Singh laid the foundation of Singh and Associates, marking the beginning of a new era for the family legacy. Transitioning seamlessly from engineering to design, he contributed significantly to the fields of architecture and planning, particularly in Moradabad and its surrounding regions. His work during this phase was characterized by practical design solutions, deep technical understanding, and a strong focus on functionality and durability.
