Over 120+ Years of Family Legacy

our journey is not just a story of a firm—it is a legacy that spans over a century, built on trust, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

The Foundation of Legacy

Shree Khub Chand

Government Contractor

Our foundation is deeply rooted in a rich legacy of engineering excellence that dates back to the early 20th century. The journey began with our great-grandfather, Shree Khub Chand, a distinguished civil contractor who contributed significantly to some of the most important infrastructure projects of his time. His association with government departments and railway authorities across India reflects a legacy built on trust, quality workmanship, and consistent performance. As early as 2nd April 1903, he rendered his services to the Irrigation Department in Gwalior, demonstrating his expertise in public infrastructure works.

Shortly thereafter, on 16th March 1904, he was involved in construction works related to the development of the iconic Shimla Railway Station, a landmark that continues to stand as a symbol of enduring engineering brilliance. Expanding his contributions to railway infrastructure, he successfully executed works for the Nagda–Mathura railway section, for which he received a certificate dated 23rd August 1906, acknowledging the quality and timely completion of his work. His excellence was further recognized by the Rohilkhand and Kumaon Railway, which issued a certificate dated 23rd September 1907, appreciating his satisfactory performance and professionalism in railway construction works.

Continuing his association with government projects, he carried out works in Moradabad, earning another certificate of appreciation dated 25th February 1909 for his reliable and commendable execution of government assignments. This remarkable journey of Shree Khud Chand is not just a history—it is the foundation upon which our present-day values stand. His dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence continue to inspire us as we carry forward this legacy into modern architecture and construction. Today, we blend this century-old experience with contemporary design and technology, ensuring that every project reflects the same level of trust, quality, and professionalism that has defined our family for generations.
